Mini Gourmets may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendment will be effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after any changes means that you are bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
This website and each part of it (including images, product descriptions, promotional materials and any source code) is copyright and protected by the Copyright Laws of Australia and through other treaties and other countries. The material on this website must not be reproduced, copied or reused. You may view this website, save an electronic copy or print out parts of this website as long as you are doing it for your own information.
The products on this website are offered for sale by Mini Gourmets and are only available to individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

PURCHASE OF GOODS
Any order placed by you via this website constitutes an offer by you to Mini Gourmets to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) as specified on the website at the time you place the order.
Mini Gourmets reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error or omission in the price or the product description or an error in your order.
No binding contract has been made unless Mini Gourmets has communicated with you that we have accepted your order and payment for the purchase price (as well as the postage) has been confirmed.
Advertised prices for products and services, delivery and any other charges are quoted in Australian Dollars. They are current at the time that they are published and may be changed at any time at the discretion of Mini Gourmets.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via PayPal, eWay (Credit Cards), direct deposit or Australia Post Money Order. All orders will only be sent once payment has cleared.
DELIVERY
Australia Post is the delivery company of choice for Mini Gourmets At this stage, we do not ship internationally.
Mini Gourmets retains the title to the products that you order until you have made payment IN FULL for those products. Once full payment has been made, goods are sent.
While every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Items are sent with the customers knowledge that it is not registered (and if left at your doorstep). Should the items be lost by Australia Post (which is very rare) Mini Gourmets is not obliged to provide a refund.
Should you wish your item to be sent via registered post, please contact us and we will provide you with a price for postage.
We try to have your parcel sent the next business day after your payment is received. Australia Post can take anywhere from 2-7 days to deliver your parcel, depending upon where you live.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER
We have worked hard to ensure that the products that we sell are safe to use. It must be noted that we do rely on manufacturer's information at the time of purchase and every effort is made to ensure the information that we have on the website is accurate at the time.
Mini Gourmets give you no warranty and makes no representation that the material on this Web site is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not liable for the misuse or misinterpretation of the information we provide. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is suitable and fit for purpose or use. It is your responsibility that the products you use are used the way they are intended. Mini Gourmets shall bear NO liability due to any inaccuracy or misleading information, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information posted on this website or for misuse of products.
Please read our Returns Policy below for details of the terms upon which Mini Gourmets will accept returns of products via this website.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find that the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (before you use it) and we will exchange it for you. We cannot accept returns of ANY KIND of items already washed or used.
If you have any questions regarding the product or its use, please contact us before using it so that we can help you to use the product! We cannot give you a refund should you simply change your mind.
The products that we sell all have different guarantee periods and conditions regarding workmanship and its function. So should you have any problem at any time with any of our products, please let us know so we can help you solve the problem or assess whether it is still covered for repair or replacement under the manufacturers warranty.
You agree to be bound by the terms of the Returns Policy and Mini Gourmets liability is limited as expressed in that policy and this information.
If you have any problems at any time with using our products - please do email us for advice. Often it may be a very simple reason/solution and we would like to assist where we can.
Please note: At our discretion items may be eligible for exchange within a 30 day period from date of original purchase only and subject to the items being unwashed and unused. Coverage of postage TO and FROM Mini Gourmets and a 5% handling fee will be applicable. DO NOT return items unless you have contacted natalie@minigourmets.com.au first.

All recipes written on this website are taken from recipe books and Mini Gourmets is not responsible should a recipe not work out. Please look into ingredients lists and should a person consuming them be allergic to any of the ingredients, please do not allow them to consume them.
